Ben Benner’s Better Bread.

Going through my bread pics, I am noticing that many of my pics are from after I have toasted the bread in the morning while at the office.

What can I say, toast is the best way to enjoy some breads, not all, but I would go so far as to say most breads.

This was an early rendition of my Sans Raisin bread.

My boss and friend, Mr. Benner, brings bread into work like every friggin’ day and it is amazing.  I know he’s getting us all addicted to the good stuff, then he’ll start charging, like any good entrepreneur / drug dealer, but for now I’m getting a delicious daily fix.  My favorite so far has been his extra sharp cheese bread.

BTW, Ben Benner’s Better Bread is the title I gave his bread, not his.  He isn’t some crazy bread ego maniac as far as I know.
