Nick Georgiou Newspaper Animals.
Damn if these aren’t freaky. I’m back from vacation, so I’m dropping on the personal posts and going back to art and architecture I find interesting. It’s just too hard to browse the Internet from an iPhone on the Edge network somewhere in the mountains of Oregon. Thanks WebUrbanist!
Austin Is Now A No-Kill City.
Today, the Austin City Council unanimously passed the ‘no-kill’ plan for Austin’s animal shelters. The goal is to have, within two years, 90% of all animals leave the shelters alive. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope all the amazing ideas and planning pull through. Thanks to Sheila and The Statesman for the news!

I sort of have an obsession with large turtles. I’ve been writing a life long comic around the concept since I was a child. The comic will probably never see the light of day, but maybe someday, someone will find my swan song buried amongst the rebel of a post apocalyptic world.
FIFTY24SF Gallery
With art by Anthony Lester and Greg Simkins, this promises to be one great gallery showing. Too bad I don’t live in San Fransisco, California. Ah, but if I did, or had available vacation time and a bed to crash on, I would totally be there drooling over the great lines and amazing shades of colors.
