Hold Up by Girl Talk
This has to be one of my favorite DJ mixes, simply because they mix the Pixies with Nas. Are you f’ing kidding me, that is amazing beyond woah. Then it drops into D4L’s Shake Dat Laffy Taffy mixed with 8-bit, and your mind is like, ‘is this seriously happening’? But before it can recover, it mixes in Weezer and your brain kind of just fizzles out in awh.
Seriously though, drop a Disqus comment, let me know if I’m stupid for loving this or if you are totally feeling this moment and want to roll six deep into a library with me to read New York Times.

The Comeback - Shout Out Louds (Ratatat Remix)
I’m continuing my trend of Ratatat remixes to keep my design motivate. When I originally heard this mashup, neurons in my brain exploded. They usually tend to remix hip hop songs, so this is a refreshing twist.

I’m drawing and designing tonight to Ratatat Remixes Volume One. This song is probably the most bumping on the album. You take an already badass crunk song and crank up the awesome to 17,000 megatons of rock and keys, and this is what you get.
If you don’t jam this, don’t come into my home and drink my herbal tea.
