I haven’t slept so little or written so much code in such a short time span since my college days. I can’t say I enjoy the four hour sleep schedule, and I tip my hat to those of you who never get as much sleep as you need. Now who wants to send me some photos of cats so I can stop thinking about scripting languages?

∞ Austin Gladiator Boot Camp: Day 1.
Today was the first day of Boot Camp, an hour long exercise routine with an awesome trainer, Ally, four days a week for a month. It totally kicked my ass. I’d put myself in the casually fit category. I work out three times a week, doing a 25 minute run and a bench lifting routine, nothing crazy, I thought I had the cardio going on.
I was wrong. Two hours later and my chest is still burning, blisters are on my feet, and I’m a little sore everywhere. I’m hoping to get some good protein in me tonight along with some decent sleep to see how I fare for tomorrow’s routine. I still have a lot of design work to accomplish and getting home by 7:30, showering, having dinner and eventually sleeping by 12 leaves me little time to actually do art.
Time management, what the what? It was great getting to workout with all of my coworkers and friends like Eryn, Simi, Purdy, Jeremy, and Ben. I’ll be less antisocial and make some new friends in the process. I likes to keeps to my selfs.
